Our Assembly Process

The soldering operations begin.

Rope edge is silver soldered to the edge of the buckle.

Accents are silver soldered to the face of the buckle.

Hook and bail assemblies

are attached with silver solder.

After each soldering operation

the buckles go through a polishing process.
